I will only charge you the number of hours it should take according to the industry flat rate manual. I also have to charge you a trip charge based on how long it takes me to get to your unit. If I have to go get a part that I feel I should have on my truck I will not charge you for the time of traveling to get part. Expect a small upcharge if the Job requires a second person or for Sunday and after hour emergency calls.
